How should I sleep comfortably on the floor to reduce back pain?

What kind of floor bedding prevents back pain better than before?


It's said that sleeping on the floor can alleviate back pain better than on soft beds,

but if you lie directly on a bare floor, it might worsen your back pain. Today,

we have a way to help you comfortably sleep on the floor without causing back pain.


1 Choose a quality floor futon that is neither too firm nor too soft, like the Japanese Futon from Mochi Futon or a Tatami-style futon mat with up to 5 layers.

These help distribute body pressure evenly without sinking too much,

ensuring comfortable sleep and preventing back pain. Additionally,
